Work Spotting : Dan Mumford

Eye spy, with our little eye….

Not only has our Kate Forrester been catching the attention of Computer Arts!! We couldn’t help but notice the very distinctive artwork of our bearded jelly baby, Dan Mumford, in the previous edition!

The artwork named ‘Hex’, was used at the Back In Black show at the Palehorse Gallery in Florida, USA.  Designs from tee artists all over the world were printed on the day, on any tee of your choice so you can take it home that day!

It was run by Chris Parks at Palehorse Studios alongside Hydro74; tee designs were printed on the day by Vertical Merch.

double double for our Kate!

Steve Scott is jelly’s February Artist of the Month

banner2

jelly are proud to announce Steve Scott as February’s Artist Of The Month.

Steve is the latest illustrator to join the jelly team with his surreal, character-driven work. He describes his style as “a post pop psychedelic attack by giant Manga robots controlled by pin-up girl spies” – and we’re not ones to disagree! Inspired by Sixties poster art, comic books and sinister stories, Steve brings retro and quirky characters to life amongst the jelly collective.

Steve is already renowned worldwide for his animation work. He recently collaborated with another jelly illustrator (Matt Johnstone) on an animation for Nokia, which is about to be released on Imax screens worldwide! His previous clients include Channel 4, Volvo, Sony Ericsson, Nickelodeon and even the mighty Led Zeppelin!!

Brand Nu fronts Digital Arts

brandnu-chair_lowres

Our lovely Radim AKA Brand Nu, has been selected for the cover of Digital Arts Magazine – so keep an eye out!!

The jelly Collective is here!

Stop! Co-lab-o-rate and Listen! (vanilla ice 1990), sorry.

Well hello! jelly have come up with a super-fun co-working collaborative idea that might just tickle your creative bits. The jelly Collective is a platform from which jelly’s most talented and motivated members can advertise their artistic ambitions to London’s bedouin agency planners, producers and other transient creative talent stuck for fun stuff to do.

Just think of all those unrealised projects sitting in brain boxes, sketch books and note pads… We believe it be jelly-tastic to see those ideas come to life! How you ask? It’s easy!

Using our jelly forum, our artists pimp their thoughts/ideas/recipes to fellow users for immediate gratification, worship and envy.  Once an idea has been tossed, flossed and made generally beautiful, jelly help to promote the finished piece within the industry by showcasing it at festivals, exhibitions and any other suitable event or take off…

Are you as excited as we are? If you’d like more information, then please contact us on info@jellylondon.com.

Broadway NYC with a touch of Duerden

BWY33-066-08_B2B_Anzeige_Sportswear_International_250x315.indd

Our jelly baby Neil was approached by Broadway NYC to design their 2009 campaign graphics for press & TV. The campaign was all about human qualities and the way we think of peace, tolerance and love (and apparently, A LOT of the latter went into making this particular set!)

The first press and motion work have went live in January and the rest will roll out over the next few months, all which can be seen at www.broadway-fashion.com!
