Tomlinson hand paints love hearts for Sephora

The extremely talented Caroline Tomlinson has recently been commissioned to add a more emotive and tactile element to Sephora’s January campaign which is rolling out across USA, Canada and Brazil.

Caroline supplied the creative on Limited edition iPhone cases and bag designs. To personalise the designs, Caroline added paint splatter and scribbles to her abstract collage faces, which will appear both in store and on-line. The visual elements which really stand out are her hand painted and collage love hearts which highlight and frame key words and products in the range. Caroline said that it was an amazing opportunity for her to work with such an iconic beauty brand and to see her work appear within Sephora retail spaces in the States was also very exciting.

Is Vintage Animation Art Your Thing?

Art Buyer, Angela Murray works for ACHICA and has recently been indulging her time old passion for original animated artworks.

It is a rare opportunity for vintage artwork to be sold through a flash sales website. Angela has worked closely with the guardians of various prestigious collections for months to get the strongest artwork for this special collection. Angela said she found the artworks from a supplier who collects nostalgic art and looked at the prints not only as owning a piece of nostalgia but also as an investment acquisition.

These original pieces take us jellies back to our childhoods – they were crafted in the studios of Walt Disney, Warner Bros and Hanna Barbera. We think it’s pretty nice to reflect back on how far animation has come!

Tomlinson artworks a Political Timeline

Mixed media and collage specialist, Caroline Tomlinson has art worked this politically minded front cover for Metropolitan Magazine which ingeniously and artistically opens out into a timeline.

The time line illustrates all the highlights of 2012 and pin points all the best bits we might want to celebrate including the Queens Diamond Jubilee, when Russia sent a man to walk on the moon in March and of course, the London 2012 Olympics. Though we cannot show any more detail about the content of this high-profile publication, we can tell you that Caroline found this financial client very inspiring and enjoyed re-living a wonderful the wonderful events of this year through her craft.
